Job Description
Information Security Consultant advising technology-driven Cloud, AI, and Data Center companies in Germany. Building audit-ready ISMS and compliance solutions with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to plan, implement, and operate ISMS and compliance frameworks
- Conduct gap analyses and derive and prioritize remediation measures
- Create and align policies, processes, role models, Statements of Applicability (SoA), and evidence
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical operating models
- Maintain regular communication with technical, organizational, and management stakeholders
- Support customers in establishing, operating, and continuously improving modern ISMS frameworks
- Analyze business models and technical environments and develop practical, audit-ready solutions
Requirements:
- Experience in information security, ISMS, GRC, IT projects, or process management
- Enthusiasm for customer-focused consulting and collaborative solution development
- Ability to explain complex security topics clearly and effectively
- Experience with ISO/IEC 27001, or strong motivation to quickly develop expertise in this area
- Knowledge of SOC 2, C5, NIS2, or the GDPR is an advantage
- Affinity for tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365/SharePoint
- Excellent German and English language skills
