Job Description
Customer Success and Project Manager supporting French municipalities with greehill’s AI-powered urban tree data and digital twin technology. Managing customer relationships, onboarding, and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with municipalities and urban forestry teams
- Understand customers’ urban forestry objectives, challenges, and operational workflows
- Help customers interpret and use greehill data and the greehill Trees platform effectively
- Support onboarding, training, adoption, and ongoing use
- Gather customer feedback and coordinate internally to resolve issues
- Drive customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Identify and refer potential opportunities for adjacent urban infrastructure projects for business development follow-up
- Manage French projects from kick-off through successful delivery and acceptance
- Define and manage scope, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and deliverables
- Coordinate customers, local partners, and greehill’s technical and operational teams
- Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and open actions
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet customer expectations and agreed quality standards
Requirements:
- Strong professional knowledge of urban forestry, arboriculture, or urban tree management
- Experience working with municipalities, public authorities, arborists, or urban forestry organizations
- Experience in project management and/or customer-facing project delivery
- Strong understanding of urban tree inventories, tree assessment, and municipal tree-management workflows
- Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
- Interest in technology, data-driven urban forestry, GIS, LiDAR, and digital tools
- A proactive, hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership
- Native or professional-level French and strong working English
- Living in or around the Lyon area is an advantage
- Comfortable identifying needs and opportunities independently, with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Experience with GIS, digital tree inventories, municipal asset management, LiDAR, or similar technologies is a strong advantage
