Job Description
Projektmanager koordiniert Redaktion, Produktion und Partnerschaften für Bulle & Mensch, einen deutschsprachigen Trading- und Investment-Video-Podcast. Aufbau neuer Projekte und Wachstumschancen bis zur Umsetzung.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact between Mario and all ongoing processes related to [Bulle & Mensch]
- Coordinate and further develop editorial, booking, production, social media, and partnership activities
- Keep track of deadlines, responsibilities, and open items, and proactively follow up
- Document, simplify, and keep existing workflows—including those in Notion—clear and easy to understand
- Coordinate freelancers and team members, assign tasks, and monitor progress
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, duplicated work, and blind spots at an early stage
- Identify, evaluate, and systematically set up new project ideas for formats, collaborations, channels, and tools
- Guide new projects from ideation and planning through execution, and take responsibility for a successful launch
- Regularly align with Mario on overall status and propose priorities
- Work with Mario and freelancers, consolidate coordination, and establish clear structures
Requirements:
- Experience in project or process management, ideally in a media, content, or startup environment
- Ability to turn numerous loose ends into a clear structure with priorities and deadlines
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Strong language and communication skills when working with team members and partners
- Experience using tools such as AI agents and Notion
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring together different people and tasks
- Open to direct feedback
- Ability to clearly explain and justify decisions
- Availability to start as soon as possible
- Please indicate your desired weekly availability and fee expectations
