Job Description

French-Speaking SQL Support Specialist assisting users with technical issues via email and chat. Collaborating with teams to ensure a positive customer experience for a financial platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through email and chat efficiently
  • Provide guidance on: Two-factor authentication (2FA), Payroll management tools, Platform setup, synchronization, and configuration
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically
  • Work with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (written and spoken) and B2 English
  • SQL knowledge is mandatory
  • EU ID or valid Portuguese residence permit
  • Based in mainland Portugal
