Job Description
French-Speaking SQL Support Specialist assisting users with technical issues via email and chat. Collaborating with teams to ensure a positive customer experience for a financial platform.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through email and chat efficiently
- Provide guidance on: Two-factor authentication (2FA), Payroll management tools, Platform setup, synchronization, and configuration
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically
- Work with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) and B2 English
- SQL knowledge is mandatory
- EU ID or valid Portuguese residence permit
- Based in mainland Portugal
