Job Description
Desenvolvedor Fullstack Pleno criando software .NET e React com IA generativa. Especificando, testando e validando código e fluxos agentivos com apoio de LLMs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop full-stack software using .NET and React.
- Write unambiguous specifications, break requirements down into verifiable plans, and define acceptance criteria.
- Build and manage context for LLMs, including instructions, constraints, examples, tools/MCPs, and context-window management.
- Apply generative AI and agentic tools to software development, with systematic human validation.
- Evaluate, validate, and correct AI-generated code and code developed by third parties.
- Create high-quality, well-organized, and testable code.
- Develop and maintain automated unit and/or integration tests.
- Use Git and collaborate through Pull Requests.
- Work with SQL databases, data modeling, and agile practices.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in at least one of the stacks (.NET and React) and a proven ability to work across the others with AI assistance.
- Spec-Driven Development as a core competency: write unambiguous specifications, break them down into verifiable plans, and define acceptance criteria that serve as a contract for humans and agents (e.g., /specify, /plan).
- Context Engineering: build and manage context for LLMs—including instructions, constraints, examples, tool/MCP selection, and context-window control.
- Apply generative AI and agentic tools to software development with responsibility, critical judgment, and systematic human validation.
- Critically review code you did not write: evaluate, validate, and correct AI-generated and third-party output with the same rigor applied to your own code.
- Ability to write high-quality, well-organized, and testable code, with proficiency in object-oriented programming and/or sound design principles.
- Experience with automated testing (unit and/or integration).
- Use Git for version control and collaboration through Pull Requests.
- Experience with SQL databases and data modeling fundamentals.
- Experience with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, or XP).
- Knowledge of Python.
