Job Description
Desenvolvedor Fullstack Pleno criando software com .NET, React e IA generativa. Especificando, testando e validando código e fluxos agentivos com LLMs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop full-stack software in a mid-level position
- Work primarily with .NET and React, moving between them with the support of AI
- Write unambiguous specifications, break plans down into verifiable steps, and define acceptance criteria for both humans and agents
- Build and manage context for LLMs, including instructions, constraints, examples, tools/MCPs, and context-window management
- Apply generative AI and agentic tools to software development with systematic human validation
- Evaluate, validate, and correct code produced by AI and third parties
- Write well-organized, testable, high-quality code
- Develop and maintain automated tests
- Collaborate using Git and pull requests
- Work with SQL databases, data modeling, and agile practices
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in at least one of the stacks (.NET and React), with demonstrated ability to work across the others with the support of AI
- Spec-Driven Development as a core competency: write unambiguous specifications, break them down into verifiable plans, and define acceptance criteria that serve as a contract for humans and agents (e.g., /specify, /plan)
- Context Engineering: build and manage context for LLMs, including instructions, constraints, examples, tool/MCP selection, and context-window management
- Experience applying generative AI and agentic tools to software development, with responsibility, critical judgment, and systematic human validation
- Critical ability to read code you did not write: evaluate, validate, and correct AI-generated and third-party output with the same depth applied to your own code
- Ability to write high-quality, well-organized, and testable code, with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and/or sound design principles
- Experience with automated testing (unit and/or integration testing)
- Experience using Git for version control and collaborating through pull requests
- Experience with SQL databases and data-modeling fundamentals
- Experience with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, or XP)
- Knowledge of Python
- Practical experience orchestrating agents and working with MCPs/connectors (a plus)
- Familiarity with evaluating and observing AI output, measuring quality, tracking regressions and token costs, and working with model-agnostic architectures (a plus)
- Experience with distributed architectures, microservices, or messaging (a plus)
- Experience with CI/CD and build and release automation (a plus)
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and/or containers, including Docker and Kubernetes (a plus)
