Job Description
Consultor Funcional em Distribuição de Energia na SONDA, atuando em processos e modernização de sistemas. Colaborando em projetos de transformação digital e melhoria contínua.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a business specialist for processes across the electric power distribution value chain.
- Lead workshops with clients to gather and map processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for solution implementation.
- Support implementation projects, digital transformation and process modernization.
- Ensure compliance with ANEEL standards and other regulatory bodies.
- Advise clients on processes related to: Commercial customer service; Billing; Customer management; Metering; Meter reading; Revenue collection; Commercial losses; Distribution operations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process innovation.
- Work alongside technical and business teams throughout all project phases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience in the Electric Power Distribution market.
- Experience in implementation or evolution projects for utility systems.
- Experience in requirements gathering and functional specification.
- Involvement in projects related to the energy commercial cycle.
- Knowledge of commercial and operational processes in the electric power sector.
- Energy commercial cycle (Billing).
- Knowledge of Brazilian electric sector regulation.
- Familiarity with ANEEL rules and regulations.
- Process management for utilities.
- Systems implementation and integration.
- Excellent communication skills.
