Job Description

Global CTO leading the tech vision and building a global system for Sales for Future. Collaborating closely with teams to drive innovation with a focus on sustainability and impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and shape the global technology vision for Sales for Future
  • Translate mission, strategy and impact goals into a scalable technical architecture
  • Design and lead the development of digital platforms and MVPs, data and intelligence layers, automation, AI, and system integrations
  • Make strategic build-vs-buy decisions and keep technology lean, modular, and future-proof
  • Build and lead a distributed engineering organization (internal developers, partners, external studios)
  • Work closely with the Founder, Strategy, Sales and Impact teams
  • Ensure security, reliability, scalability and long-term maintainability
  • Act as a co-creator rather than a service provider — technology is core to the vision

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CTO, Lead Architect, tech Founder, or senior engineering leader
  • Systems-level thinker, not just focused on individual stacks
  • Able to balance long-term vision with hands-on execution
  • Startup/scale-up mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change and ownership
  • Experience with platform architectures, cloud infrastructure, APIs, data systems, automation and AI-ready setups
  • A strong consideration for the societal impact of technology, not just technical capability
  • Direct, honest, curious and outcome-oriented
  • Comfortable thinking big without asking for permission, and capable of delivering iteratively
  • Formal degrees are less important than clarity of thought, sound judgment and integrity
