Job Description

Global Key Account Manager leading business with strategic automotive accounts. Focusing on sales growth and customer satisfaction with innovative tailored solutions and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, win and maintain business with strategic automotive accounts
  • Achieve Key Sales KPI’s and Account Plan targets
  • Proactively manage accounts to keep incumbent business and avoid sales leakage
  • Win tenders on incumbent business; deliver and align tender strategies
  • Win new business in new segments and develop new value add offers
  • Execute on new wins; nurture accounts and deliver innovative solutions
  • Manage the Division Key Account Plan and profitability of accounts
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Qualified to Degree level (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong business acumen and commercial experience
  • Demonstrable results from driving and managing sales growth
  • Successful development and execution of account strategy at a Divisional level
  • Ability to navigate a complex global matrix environment
  • Proven ability to grasp and analyze strong financial insights
  • Resilient, entrepreneurial and persuasive change agent
  • Effective communication, networking and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional European languages are advantageous
