Job Description
Government Lending Claims Manager managing Guaranty Claims at SouthState Bank. Responsible for compliance, analysis, and submission of loan claims with a focus on government requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Handling Government Lending Guaranty Claims
- Managing claims on government guaranteed loans that have failed
- Facilitating compliance with government requirements and detailed analysis of loans
- Analyzing and identifying claim vulnerabilities
- Submitting approved claim package to the government
- Responding quickly and thoroughly to government requests
- Completing all required training and adhering to banking compliance policies
Requirements:
- High School and some College
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SBA
- Must have knowledge of the SBA’s most recent SOP servicing release
- Ability to work in PCFS Loan Manager, Excel, Word, Adobe, ETRAN, Navigator Fiserv
- Must be capable of working independently.
