Job Description
Senior Project Manager leading complex architecture projects in a creative environment. Coordinating interdisciplinary teams and ensuring successful project realization with a focus on quality.
Responsibilities:
- Independent leadership and management of complex construction and architectural projects
- Coordination of interdisciplinary teams including planners, specialist engineers, and clients
- Management of costs, schedules and quality across all project phases
- Contract and change order management, as well as management of external service providers
- Communication with clients, authorities and project stakeholders
- Ensuring successful project delivery in line with our quality objectives
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in project management or project control
- Solid knowledge of HOAI
- Negotiation-level (business-fluent) German and very good English skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communicator, team-oriented and confident in dealing with clients
- Availability for freelance project work (on-site or remote)
