Job Description
Graduate Engineer Trainee role at Anchora focusing on AI and Martech development projects in a fully remote setup. Collaborate with senior engineers on innovative solutions for international clients.
Responsibilities:
- AI-enabled development using LLMs — building prompts, integrations, RAG pipelines, and AI features inside client and internal applications
- Agentic AI development — assembling autonomous and semi-autonomous agents that perform real business tasks
- AI automations — connecting LLMs with workflows, APIs, and martech platforms to remove manual effort
- Martech platform implementation across personalisation tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation suites
- Front-end and back-end development on CMS platforms, custom web apps, and API integrations
- Project delivery support — contributing to client implementations, internal POCs, and net-new app development
- Understanding API contracts, data flows, and system integration patterns
Requirements:
- B.E. / B.Tech (any branch — CS, IT, ECE, or related preferred)
- Minimum 8 CGPA (or equivalent percentage) in Bachelor's degree
- Consistent academic record across 10th, 12th, and graduation
- Graduating in 2026
- Hands-on programming experience in at least one language — Java, Node.js, Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Exposure to AI/LLMs — you've used ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs to build something (a script, a small app, a chatbot, an automation — anything counts)
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Comfort with basic web concepts — HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST APIs
