Job Description

Grants Administrator supporting federally funded grant programs for ICF. Managing day-to-day financial activities and ensuring compliance with federal requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day‑to‑day financial and grants management activities for federally funded programs.
  • Assist with budget tracking, expenditure review, and financial reconciliation activities.
  • Maintain audit‑ready financial files.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in grants management, financial management, or accounting within government or government consulting environments.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with financial data, spreadsheets, and basic reconciliations.
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
