Job Description
Growth Executor managing outbound growth channels for SD Solutions. Focused on cold email, LinkedIn automation, referral networks, and producer recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate four outbound growth channels day-to-day.
- Monitor campaign performance daily — reply rates, positive reply rates, meeting conversions.
- Kill underperforming variants and flag top performers for scaling.
- Expand prospect lists across all verticals nationally.
- Manage sending infrastructure, including domains and inboxes.
- Audit auto-responses weekly and flag warm replies for leadership.
- Build and manage prospect lists inside LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Run connection request and follow-up sequences across multiple accounts.
- Track referral pipeline including partner status and referrals received.
- Source producer candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry groups.
- Deliver a weekly KPI dashboard across all four channels every Monday.
- Maintain tracking systems for prospect lists and producer pipeline.
Requirements:
- 2+ years running B2B outbound campaigns via cold email and/or LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, MailScale, Lemlist, Instantly, or equivalent.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools such as Heyreach or Expandi.
- Strong written English — professional, concise, native-level quality.
- Google Sheets proficiency, including SUMIFS, IMPORTRANGE, and dashboard management.
- Available US Eastern business hours (9 am–6 pm ET), Monday to Friday.
