Job Description
Growth Marketing Associate optimizing European funnels, campaigns, and conversion for New Era Technology. Using experimentation, analytics, and brand storytelling to generate enterprise demand.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse data across the full customer acquisition journey to identify drop-off points and implement practical fixes
- Design, launch, and manage structured A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, website components, email sequences, and paid channels
- Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to optimize visitor-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity conversion pathways
- Manage prospect journeys across the marketing and sales technology stack, including HubSpot and ZoomInfo
- Ensure experiments, landing page copy, and ad creative align with global brand voice and visual standards
- Translate complex technology and solutions capabilities into clear, compelling, human-centric copy
- Collaborate with Design and creative teams to produce high-performing marketing assets
- Track, analyse, and report on CAC, LTV, Share of Search trends, organic traffic, and influenced pipeline
- Turn Google Analytics 4, heatmap, and CRM data into strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Support planning, promotion, execution, and follow-up for local and regional events
- Optimize paid and organic channel spend to maximize return on ad spend and reduce funnel leakage
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or relevant field desirable
- 1-3 years of performance, growth, or digital marketing experience, ideally within a B2B technology solutions, IT services, or complex enterprise ecosystem
- Proven success in building regional marketing plans and integrated campaigns
- Proven experience working across global matrixed teams and sales organizations
- Experience across digital, ABM, and content marketing
- Deep, hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms, specifically HubSpot
- Experience with web analytics, heatmapping/behavioural tools such as Hotjar/Clarity, and CRM systems
- Advanced skills in data manipulation and segmentation
- Ability to translate user behaviour numbers into clear business outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
- Proactive, organised, and autonomous
