Job Description
Marketing Lead managing SEO and content strategies for a B2B environmental services firm. Focused on content creation and marketing presence in EHS industry.
Responsibilities:
- Own our digital marketing output end-to-end: SEO strategy and implementation, content creation, LinkedIn presence, and brand collateral
- Conduct and maintain a full SEO audit using Ahrefs; implement and track on-page optimizations
- Perform ongoing keyword research and monitor rankings across target terms
- Identify content gaps and build a topic roadmap based on search demand and competitive analysis
- Own SEO reporting — surface insights to leadership in plain language with clear action items
- Write blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and newsletters in the voice of our leadership team
- Turn client conversations and project outcomes into compelling case studies
- Curate RSS feeds from EHS, manufacturing, and safety industry sources
Requirements:
- 4+ years of B2B content marketing or digital marketing experience
- Expert-level SEO with demonstrated ranking results — Ahrefs is your daily driver
- Proven ghostwriting for C-suite or senior executives in B2B industries
- Experience managing full editorial calendars independently, with minimal direction
- Strong track record growing LinkedIn presence for a company or executive
- Excellent written English — you catch errors others miss and you have range
- Canva or basic design skills to adapt brand templates
- Proficient in WordPress or equivalent CMS
- Comfortable with AI writing tools to accelerate output — without sacrificing voice or accuracy
- Self-directed: you manage your own priorities and deadlines without hand-holding
