Job Description
Growth Product Designer responsible for optimizing patient acquisition funnel for a healthcare startup. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize the end-to-end acquisition funnel
- Translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, compelling, and high-converting experiences
- Partner closely with growth, marketing, product, and engineering to launch and refine experiments that drive measurable impact
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience designing consumer web products for desktop and mobile
- Exceptional skills with design tools: fluency in Figma is imperative
