Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract top-tier sales, marketing, and customer success talent that aligns with our growth objectives.
- Refine sourcing strategies and drive excellence in hiring processes.
- Own the recruitment process for specialized GTM positions (Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and RevOps), from job posting and sourcing to offer.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber, passive candidates using advanced sourcing tools and creative networking strategies.
- Manage all candidate activity and scheduling, ensuring data integrity, high-velocity movement through the funnel, and accurate reporting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Revenue hiring managers, offering market insights and regular updates on candidate progress to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a heavy focus on GTM/Revenue positions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates with complex compensation packages.
- Previous experience using data to inform recruitment strategies, such as tracking conversion rates and time-to-hire.
- Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS: Deep familiarity with Ashby’s workflow, automated sequences, and reporting suite is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Juicebox: Proven ability to use Juicebox for AI-powered sourcing and candidate discovery.
