Job Description
GVP, Product Management responsible for leading innovation solutions at Rimini Street. Driving enterprise-level consulting and managed services for growth and client success in the technology sector.
Responsibilities:
- Define roadmaps for Rimini Street professional services aligned with market needs and evolution, competitor’s offerings, and feedback from clients and the field.
- Build a robust AI based consulting and managed services practice.
- Drive development of professional services and managed services products across ERP, enterprise software, AI, cloud and security platforms.
- Build offers around Ad Hoc Services, Packaged Services, Transformational Projects, and Managed Services.
- Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates Rimini Street core support offers in the market.
- Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to achieve required levels of leads for new business attainment.
- Communicate the value proposition of offers to the Sales team, and develop sales tools, enablement materials, and competitive analysis.
- Be the expert on targeted buyers, buying criteria, competitive intelligence, and developing strategies to win against them.
- Act as Rimini Street thought leader for all things related to professional services.
- Support and engage actively with our Sales, Client Success and Renewal teams to achieve expected revenue targets for our professional services offerings.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Product Management roles with increasing scope and leadership responsibility.
- 10+ years of experience with low code/no code platforms ServiceNow and ERP ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Workday, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in building products, packages, and offers on Agentic AI in enterprise contexts.
- Proven ability to innovate on and around legacy, on-premise enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, supply chain, and related platforms).
- Track record of driving measurable revenue growth, client adoption, and market differentiation through productized services.
- Experience scaling a business from zero to $50M+ in revenue within a short timeframe, ideally in enterprise software or services.
- Strong ability to design and deliver compelling demos and executive-level presentations that clearly communicate innovation, value, and vision.
- Experience in scaling businesses and offerings in global environments.
