Job Description

Hardware Operations Specialist managing logistics and hardware for Tjekvik. Responsible for terminals, shipments, diagnostics, and customer support in a remote-first context.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all logistics for terminals and components across European markets
  • Refurbish and repair returned or malfunctioning terminals
  • Handle hardware-specific support cases with customers
  • Apply business thinking to operational decisions
  • International terminal and component shipments
  • Inventory management and stock oversight
  • Hardware diagnostics and repair of warehouse terminals
  • Coordination with service providers and suppliers
  • Hardware support escalations

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
  • Hands-on ability to repair hardware (computers, electronics, or similar)
  • Comfortable working with inventory systems and shipment coordination
  • Fluent English (our working language)
  • Based in Europe, preferably near Kolding, Denmark (for occasional warehouse work)
  • Thrives in a remote-first environment with high autonomy
  • Experience with inventory/warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems (bonus)
  • Background in hardware or technology environments (bonus)
  • Familiarity with international shipping and customs documentation (bonus)
  • Speak Spanish, French, or Italian (bonus)
