Job Description
Hardware Operations Specialist managing logistics and hardware for Tjekvik. Responsible for terminals, shipments, diagnostics, and customer support in a remote-first context.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all logistics for terminals and components across European markets
- Refurbish and repair returned or malfunctioning terminals
- Handle hardware-specific support cases with customers
- Apply business thinking to operational decisions
- International terminal and component shipments
- Inventory management and stock oversight
- Hardware diagnostics and repair of warehouse terminals
- Coordination with service providers and suppliers
- Hardware support escalations
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Hands-on ability to repair hardware (computers, electronics, or similar)
- Comfortable working with inventory systems and shipment coordination
- Fluent English (our working language)
- Based in Europe, preferably near Kolding, Denmark (for occasional warehouse work)
- Thrives in a remote-first environment with high autonomy
- Experience with inventory/warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems (bonus)
- Background in hardware or technology environments (bonus)
- Familiarity with international shipping and customs documentation (bonus)
- Speak Spanish, French, or Italian (bonus)
