Job Description
Head of Credit Mobility & Competency Solutions leading the design of products for academic credit. Sits at intersection of product strategy and higher education policy for Trellis Strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and scaling of a product suite that enables learners to earn academic credit for prior competencies.
- Build and manage the operating budget and P&L for the company, with accountability for financial sustainability.
- Define and own the company's strategic plan, including go-to-market strategy, competitive positioning, and growth milestones.
- Develop and execute an earned revenue strategy for the product suite.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, higher education administration, nonprofit management, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, workforce development, or education-technology settings.
- Demonstrated experience developing and launching a product, program, or initiative from early stage to scale.
- Experience developing and executing earned revenue or fee-for-service business models in an education, nonprofit, or workforce context.
- Established relationships with, or credibility among, institutional academic leaders, including registrars, provosts, and transfer offices.
