Job Description
Head of Enterprise FP&A at Spreetail propelling ecommerce growth through financial planning and analysis. Focused on cross-functional alignment and reporting for strategic insights.
Responsibilities:
- Lead AOP, reforecasting, and LRP processes end-to-end, applying strong project management to drive cross-functional alignment, timelines, and executive-ready outputs
- Consolidate and pressure-test inputs across functions, establishing standardized planning frameworks, assumptions, and milestones
- Own global consolidation and enterprise reporting, ensuring consistent financial definitions, KPIs, and a single source of truth
- Improve systemization and documentation of planning and reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase clarity
- Partner with executive leadership to translate financial insights into decisions while holding stakeholders accountable to commitments and timelines
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning in high-growth or complex environments
- Proven success leading AOP and multi-year planning processes end-to-end
- Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive alignment
- Advanced financial modeling skills, paired with experience improving consolidation, reporting systems, and process rigor
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a track record of driving accountability at all levels
