Job Description

Head of Inbound Marketing owning the global inbound demand engine for 8x8. Leading strategy across paid media, email marketing, and webinars to drive customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Global Inbound Strategy: Build and execute the roadmap for paid acquisition, inbound engagement, email nurture, and webinar programs to drive marketing-sourced pipeline.
  • Own Performance Marketing: Manage global paid media channels (search, social, display, retargeting, and programmatic) with an always-on optimization mindset.
  • Fuel Inbound Engagement: Develop full-funnel engagement programs that turn inbound leads into high-value opportunities.
  • Scale Lifecycle Marketing: Own the email strategy — from acquisition to nurture to reactivation - ensuring every message drives action for New Business and Install Base.
  • Champion Webinars as Demand Drivers: Partner with content and product teams to create high-impact webinar experiences that educate and convert.
  • Data, Insights & Optimization: Track KPIs across channels, analyze conversion paths, and test new levers for growth with a clear eye on ROI and CAC efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a small but mighty team of channel specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and impact.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.
  • Proven success managing multi-channel paid media budgets across regions.
  • Deep understanding of inbound and lifecycle marketing, including email and webinar-driven funnels.
  • Data-obsessed mindset with strong proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborative, curious, and fast-moving — you love connecting strategy with measurable outcomes.
