Job Description

Head of IT responsible for maintaining business systems for a premium cigar brand. Collaborating with teams to ensure CRM, e-commerce, and logistics systems work seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and improve integrations between:
  • HubSpot (CRM)
  • Shopify (e-commerce)
  • ERP / WMS systems
  • Logistics & shipping tools
  • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot automation flows (Zapier, Make, or similar).
  • Diagnose and resolve data synchronization and system reliability issues.
  • Own HubSpot from a technical systems perspective (pipelines, workflows, reporting).
  • **Support Shopify from a technical operations perspective (apps, integrations, data flows).
  • Translate business needs into clear technical tasks and system logic.
  • Coordinate external developers and vendors when needed.
  • Document system architecture, integrations, and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Technical higher education in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in IT operations, systems engineering, technical support leadership, or technical project coordination roles.
  • Strong understanding of business systems, integrations, data flows, and automation logic.
  • Practical experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar).
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Good professional English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to learn and master internal platforms (HubSpot, Shopify, ERP/WMS).**
