Job Description
Head of Project Management leading project delivery and operational discipline at Ready Set. Ensuring collaboration between creative, media, and account teams for seamless ad production.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and enforce global PM methodologies across all accounts
- Direct manager and technical expert for the Project Management team
- Act as the primary "bridge" between departments
- Oversee the high-level health of project portfolios
- Own the tech stack, ensuring workflows are automated where possible
Requirements:
- 7+ years in Project Management
- 3+ years in a leadership role within a marketing or ad production agency
- Advanced expertise in Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Experience with resource management and capacity planning software
