Job Description

SentiLink fraud intelligence leader transforming identity-risk operations and prevention. Building scalable workflows, talent programs, metrics, and cross-functional fraud insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish performance baselines and operational metrics for the Fraud Intelligence Team, including labeling volume, quality, turnaround time, cost efficiency, SLA adherence, and downstream business impact
  • Design and implement scalable quality assurance processes, including sampling methodologies, review frameworks, feedback mechanisms, and escalation procedures
  • Reimagine the team’s operating model, workflows, tooling, and structure to improve efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes
  • Build an entry-level talent program covering hiring profiles, onboarding, training, and career development for Fraud Intelligence Analysts
  • Create progression frameworks supporting technical, analytical, and fraud expertise development, advancement, and internal mobility
  • Develop measurement frameworks linking team activities to fraud prevention outcomes, model improvements, fraud detection enhancements, typology development, and customer impact
  • Launch and scale initiatives that turn frontline fraud observations into actionable insights for Product, R&D, Analytics, GTM, and customer-facing teams
  • Serve as a fraud subject matter expert and strategic cross-functional partner
  • Establish recurring reporting, fraud trend analysis, and knowledge-sharing programs
  • Leverage AI, automation, and process optimization to increase productivity, improve quality, and focus the team on higher-value fraud intelligence work

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in fraud operations, fraud intelligence, risk management, trust & safety, investigations, analytics, or a related domain, including significant people leadership experience
  • 4+ years of management experience overseeing a team of Fraud Analysts
  • Success leading high-volume, quality-sensitive operational teams with measurable business outcomes
  • Strong fraud judgment and deep interest in evolving fraud patterns, typologies, and prevention strategies
  • Ability to design and improve processes, operating models, quality systems, and performance measurement frameworks
  • Experience developing and coaching early-career talent, building high-performing teams, and creating internal mobility pathways
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for opportunity identification, outcome measurement, and decision-making
  • Technical fluency and comfort working with product, analytics, engineering, machine learning, and data science teams
  • Experience using AI, automation, workflow tooling, or operational technologies to improve productivity and quality
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals
  • Strong ownership mindset and track record of driving change, executing ambitious goals, and holding teams accountable
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
