Job Description
Head of SEO responsible for leading the SEO department at a fast-growing agency. Managing Team Leads, ensuring quality and strategic vision for client satisfaction with a focus on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Direct management of 3 to 4 SEO Team Leads
- Structuring and continuous improvement of SEO processes
- Overseeing the quality of deliverables and the overall strategic vision
- Supporting Team Leads in developing their managerial skills
- 1 to 2 days per month of client-facing production work to stay connected to field realities
- Participation in key decisions: service offerings, positioning, organization
- Main KPI: overall churn of the SEO department
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an SEO agency
- Proven experience managing SEO teams
- Strategic vision, performance-oriented, and customer-focused
- Comfortable in fast-growing environments
- Ability to structure, prioritize, and make decisions
