Job Description
Head of Student Operations for Cloud Student Homes overseeing operational management and compliance for student accommodations in the UK. Supporting exceptional student services and coordination across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operational management of student accommodations
- Oversee staff training and induction within the operations department
- Support sales and marketing in strategy alignment with objectives
- Assist in financial performance management and budget creation
Requirements:
- Experience in operational management, compliance, and student support
- Ability to communicate and articulate company expectations clearly
- Experience leading teams and supporting events
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Risk Management, Fire, Security regulations
