Job Description
Data and Operations Analyst handling healthcare claims processing for Brown & Brown. Responsible for data intake, validation, and system integration across healthcare platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Daily intake, transformation, validation, configuration, and loading of claims and EOB data
- File intake and organization
- Data standardization & short-term file corrections
- System processing, validation, & reconciliation
- Client & policy configuration
- Vendor transition & knowledge transfer
- Partnering with IT during modernization (operator, analyst, & QA role)
Requirements:
- Strong Excel and data‑validation skills
- Ability to operate system‑based workflows
- Knowledge of healthcare code sets (diagnosis, procedure, revenue codes, etc.)
- Understanding of healthcare claims and EOB data
- Interest and/or experience in leveraging AI for file review and anomaly detection
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to work across diverse teams
- High attention to detail and PHI compliance.
