Job Description

Remote Patient Engagement Specialists monitoring digital interactions for a healthcare client in dental services. Ensuring professional and empathetic communication while maintaining a safe online environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our healthcare client in the dental services sector
  • Monitor and respond to patient-facing digital interactions across social and online channels
  • Ensure accurate, professional, and empathetic communication
  • Help maintain a safe, respectful, and informative digital environment for patients seeking dental care information and support
  • Ability to handle diverse and potentially negative engagements

Requirements:

  • Prior engagement moderation experience with a strong understanding of community dynamics, conflict resolution, and fostering positive interactions.
  • Proficient in understanding and implementing escalation protocols
  • Strong, Clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the medical/dental field and HIPAA / PHI
