Job Description
IT Support Specialist providing first-line assistance for business clients in a remote setting. Handling IT issues with a focus on communication and service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Handling IT incidents for business customers (hardware, software, network, access rights)
- Working in the ticketing system: creating, prioritizing, tracking and escalating tickets according to SLAs
- Supporting business-critical applications and, if necessary, coordinating with external service providers
- Professional customer communication and clear explanation of technical solutions
- Maintaining documentation and knowledge bases
- Proactive system monitoring and responding to alerts
Requirements:
- You are IT-savvy and have basic knowledge of using PCs, smartphones, tablets, printers, etc.
- You understand what is meant by IT security
- You find terms like network, Windows client, access management and collaborative software interesting
- Your German and English skills are strong enough that you can read and learn material in both languages without difficulty
- You are detail-oriented, take ownership, and work in a solution-focused way
- You are reliable and place a high value on teamwork
