Job Description
Senior Enterprise Architect at Workday guiding customers in AI-augmented contract workflows. Leading strategic technology solutions in Spend Management and CLM.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Workday customers and prospects
- Lead technology solutioning for high-stakes opportunities
- Act as a strategic advisor to C-Suite stakeholders
- Develop solution maps that define data flow and architectural "actuals"
- Collaborate with core/specialized AEs and Value Management to ensure a unified customer experience
- Educate customers on the state of AI and its applications
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise architect, technological consulting, or similar sales-oriented technical client engagement experience
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability to diagnose and frame complex problems in an understandable way
- 3+ years of experience with CLM or Spend Management
- Strong technical background in platform architecture, integrations, and APIs
- Understanding of AI technology and Large Language Models
- Prior experience with law or legal functions within businesses
- Excellent communication and social skills
