Job Description

HR Coordinator supporting RecruitGo’s global Employer of Record clients through recruitment, HR operations, and employee administration. Managing onboarding, records, reporting, payroll support, and executive assistance remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and maintain employee records, including conducting file audits and gap analysis.
  • Review and update policies and procedures.
  • Support drafting and updating employee handbooks based on client instructions.
  • Update internal databases and upload employee files.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to devise job specifications, filter and shortlist candidates, conduct first-stage interviews, and manage the recruitment lifecycle up to Junior Management level.
  • Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, new-start offer packs, training agreements, and promotion letters.
  • Manage and coordinate new-start onboarding and induction programmes.
  • Manage and coordinate leaver processes and workflows.
  • Liaise with external partners such as Drug & Alcohol and Occupational Health Testing Partners.
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics, including employee turnover rates.
  • Assist payroll by providing employee information such as leave of absence, sick days, and work schedules.
  • Manage reference, right-to-work, criminal-record, and other relevant checks.
  • Provide template letters for mortgage, visa, and jury-service applications.
  • Coordinate and issue end-of-probation reviews and annual appraisals.
  • Support minute-taking at disciplinary and performance-management hearings.
  • Participate in HR projects such as job fairs, salary benchmarking, and benefits initiatives.
  • Project the company image and brand to clients via various media.
  • Develop good relations with team members, departments, and stakeholders.
  • Perform general PA duties including booking travel, invoicing, expense management, compiling information for the company accountant, website and social-media management, and sales support through preparing quotes, proposals, and following up referrals.
  • Work with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services to clients and that client expectations are met.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency and strong Excel skills.
  • Analytical and methodical.
  • The ability to work with Senior and Executive Management and deliver efficient and accurate information.
  • Superlative people and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to perform well in a pressurised and fast-paced environment.
  • Superb written and spoken English at corporate level.
  • Has qualified to CIPD Associate Member level or is willing to work towards the qualification.
  • Experience within a Group HR Advisory role in a group and global organisation.
  • Exposure to supporting HR processes with Overseas teams.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
