Job Description
Digital Product Manager for Deutsche Telekom overseeing Growth Hub rollout and continuous evolution. Driving transparency over employee skills while enhancing internal mobility across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the rollout and continuous evolution of Growth Hub
- Lead the rollout across various global entities
- Work alongside cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Privacy, Operations)
- Manage the vendor relationship
- collaborate with the Product Owner to refine the product backlog and prioritize improvements
- Ensure effective integration into the company’s operations and usage by employees
Requirements:
- Completed university degree with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a comparable qualification
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the field of HR
- Experience in Digital Product Management, ideally within SaaS, platform implementation, or HR technologies
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
- Data-Driven & Analytical
- Excellent skills in vendor management and steering
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Familiarity with Change Management
- English at the highest level
- Flexibility to travel
