Job Description

Digital Product Manager for Deutsche Telekom overseeing Growth Hub rollout and continuous evolution. Driving transparency over employee skills while enhancing internal mobility across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the rollout and continuous evolution of Growth Hub
  • Lead the rollout across various global entities
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Privacy, Operations)
  • Manage the vendor relationship
  • collaborate with the Product Owner to refine the product backlog and prioritize improvements
  • Ensure effective integration into the company’s operations and usage by employees

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a comparable qualification
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the field of HR
  • Experience in Digital Product Management, ideally within SaaS, platform implementation, or HR technologies
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
  • Data-Driven & Analytical
  • Excellent skills in vendor management and steering
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Familiarity with Change Management
  • English at the highest level
  • Flexibility to travel
