Job Description
Internship at Relou RH focusing on backoffice support for recruitment processes. Involves filtering resumes and pipeline organization without conducting interviews.
Responsibilities:
- Careful screening of resumes according to the defined profile
- Active sourcing of candidates (LinkedIn and other sources)
- Mapping and identification of suitable talent
- Organization of the candidate pipeline and status tracking
- Updating systems, spreadsheets, and process records
- Direct support to recruiters responsible for interviews
- Adherence to deadlines and standards defined by Relou
Requirements:
- Genuine interest in recruitment and selection
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written communication
- Responsible and disciplined, committed to meeting deadlines
- Comfortable handling high volumes of information
- Willingness to learn methods, processes, and quality standards
- Previous experience with resume screening or candidate hunting (plus)
- Experience with roles in marketing, technology, or digital areas (plus)
- Experience in an agency, consultancy, or outsourced HR (plus)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search (plus)
