Job Description

Internship at Relou RH focusing on backoffice support for recruitment processes. Involves filtering resumes and pipeline organization without conducting interviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Careful screening of resumes according to the defined profile
  • Active sourcing of candidates (LinkedIn and other sources)
  • Mapping and identification of suitable talent
  • Organization of the candidate pipeline and status tracking
  • Updating systems, spreadsheets, and process records
  • Direct support to recruiters responsible for interviews
  • Adherence to deadlines and standards defined by Relou

Requirements:

  • Genuine interest in recruitment and selection
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional written communication
  • Responsible and disciplined, committed to meeting deadlines
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of information
  • Willingness to learn methods, processes, and quality standards
  • Previous experience with resume screening or candidate hunting (plus)
  • Experience with roles in marketing, technology, or digital areas (plus)
  • Experience in an agency, consultancy, or outsourced HR (plus)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search (plus)
