Job Description
Implementation Analyst managing client onboarding, integrations, and launch processes for McKesson’s CoverMyMeds prescription-drug software. Coordinating timelines, configurations, technical support, and client training.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent and efficient client onboarding transition to ongoing account administration
- Manage onboarding timelines and communicate adjustments or changes to all parties
- Maintain project plans, ensure timeframe compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders
- Identify onboarding problems or trends and develop and implement resolutions
- Perform tactical setup of new clients
- Administer implementation workflows and provide technical support to teams
- Coordinate issue resolution within required timeframes and recommend policy and procedure changes
- Monitor implementation requests, support staff, and assist and coach implementation managers
- Evaluate management information reports and support achievement of team objectives
- Establish client configuration requirements and provide technical support to senior implementation managers
- Collaborate with system integration teams, ensure client requirement compliance, and provide client training
- Develop processes and tools for the customer implementation lifecycle and identify defects
- Analyze client process efficiency and partner with business areas to develop solutions
- Remove process barriers such as bottlenecks, technology constraints, and resource constraints
- Monitor business and workflow changes and drive responsiveness and service quality
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent, and 4+ years’ experience in employee voluntary benefits or client on-boarding & servicing
- Project Management experience, including high level of organization and planning skills, ability to create plans and follow through from design to execution
- Experience understanding file transfer methods and file layout structure
- Ability to identify and manage project risks
- Strong requirements gathering and translation for business processes
- Experience using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude
- Ability to analyze compliance and control initiatives and engage team members in process improvement projects
- Sound judgement, problem solving, decision making, and execution skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional business areas
- Ability to communicate effectively with technology providers and business leaders and understand technical details
- No visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Preferred: MS Office suite experience, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, SQL
- Preferred: Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
