Job Description

Implementation Analyst handling onboarding for new Employee Benefits groups in USA. Ensuring accurate contract drafting, billing, and facilitating smooth transitions to ongoing service.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and confirm sold‑case information from sales, producers, and customers
  • Submit accurate group data to Policyholder Services and partner through the scrub process
  • Lead customers through contract review, billing setup, and use of service tools like AdminEase
  • Install new groups and transition them to the assigned Account Specialist
  • Bring customer insights to continuous improvement efforts and collaborate on process enhancements

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience: 3+ years of group insurance experience, including employee benefits and direct customer interaction
  • Experience in project management, benefits administration, case management, customer service, or sales
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues and manage complex on‑boarding activities
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Background collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a process‑driven environment
  • Familiarity with contract setup, billing processes, or Policyholder Services operations
