Job Description
Implementation Consultant training professional sports customers on Hudl StatsBomb, API, and DaaS products. Translating customer workflows into successful onboarding, education, and product feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance training efforts across Hudl’s suite of data products
- Act as a subject matter expert for Hudl StatsBomb, API and DaaS
- Align the Sales team and customers on short- and long-term goals
- Understand customer workflows and educate customers to ensure product success
- Represent elite customer needs and provide product feedback to Hudl
- Collaborate with Support, Sales and Education on customer training and onboarding strategy
- Surface customer insights and execute customer training and onboarding
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and German
- Data analytics skills, preferably in a sports context
- Skills including JavaScript, Python or R, SQL, Tableau, and data modeling
- Experience working closely with customers, including training and educating them
- Motivation to improve the customer experience
- Ability to remain flexible with schedules and communication in dynamic environments
- Ability to partner with product teams to advocate for customer needs and share insights
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve challenging problems
- Hudl Pro Suite experience is a nice-to-have
- Experience influencing or supporting SaaS product development for sports is a nice-to-have
