Job Description
Implementation Specialist configuring payment activities from clinical trial contracts and budgets for Suvoda, a clinical trial technology company. Supporting study delivery, client needs, quality controls, and platform enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret global client documentation of payable activities, including contracts, budgets, and amendments
- Identify quality risks and needs to support a best-in-class client, site, and patient experience
- Extract and configure client data into payable activities from source documents
- Collaborate with business partners to verify interpretations of payable activities
- Follow auditing and monitoring checklists and procedures
- Meet internal KPIs and client-driven SLAs
- Participate in internal and external study implementation calls and resolve complex configuration issues
- Consult with clients and Client Delivery colleagues to achieve resolution and follow best practices
- Contribute to internal process documents for consistent, best-practice study configurations
- Partner with Product and IT teams to identify platform enhancements
- Support Client Delivery in establishing and maintaining positive client relationships
- Perform other duties, assignments, and special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–3 years in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, with contract management-related experience preferred
- Ability to dissect key elements of clinical trial financial documents and identify payable activities
- Ability to handle high volume in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent writing skills
- Quality and risk-mitigation mindset required
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time-management skills to support shifting priorities and key client deliverables
- Strong attention to detail required
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required
