Job Description
Influencer Marketing Coordinator overseeing creator management and TikTok Shop operations for a men's grooming brand. Role involves engagement, content management, and performance tracking operations.
Responsibilities:
- Creator Management & Coordination
- Maintain communication with 75–100+ creators
- Ensure accuracy and on-time submission of deliverables
- Troubleshoot creator inquiries
- Coordinate product seeding, briefs, and shipping confirmations
- Conduct direct outreach to creators
- Source new creators using Aspire, Yuka, Refunnel, and additional tools
- Oversee daily TikTok Shop operations
- Manage listings, shipping confirmations, order tracking, and product mapping
- Respond to comments and messages across platforms
- Compile weekly dashboards
- Track KPIs such as pipeline status, deliverables, active creators, and campaign performance
Requirements:
- Experience managing 75–100+ creators simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in Aspire (Grin is acceptable)
- Experience with TikTok Shop and social commerce operations
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to bring structure to a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through
- Professional and consistent communication skills
