Job Description

Sales Operations Assistant supporting the sales team with operational and administrative tasks. Maintaining CRM, leads management, and assisting with proposals and customer communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the sales team with daily operational and administrative activities.
  • Helps to organize the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
  • Update and maintain CRM with leads, contacts, activities, and opportunities.
  • Support the preparation and sending of commercial proposals, quotes, and presentations.
  • Make outbound calls/emails to confirm customer data, schedule meetings, and follow up on proposals.
  • Assist Inside Sales in qualifying leads according to defined criteria.
  • Monitor and report open opportunities, pending documents, and follow-up actions.
  • Support the organization of online meetings, demos, or calls for the sales team.
  • Generate simple reports (e.g., leads contacted, meetings booked, proposals sent).

Requirements:

  • High school diploma completed (or currently in college is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of sales routines or customer service is an advantage.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel/Google Sheets and email tools.
  • Ability to learn and work with CRM systems.
  • Good oral and written communication.
  • Organized, disciplined, and able to manage tasks within a short daily schedule (2h/day).
