Job Description

Instructional Designer creating eLearning courses and training programs for ASG, a media technology and operations provider. Designing assessments, standards, and user-focused learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Use creative design thinking to address user experience challenges and find effective solutions
  • Develop engaging eLearning courses using rapid authoring tools
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Design and implement innovative standards for eLearning experiences
  • Provide clear guidance and serve as a consultant throughout the e-learning production process
  • Create large-scale training programs that are engaging and accurate
  • Develop assessments and quiz questions to reinforce learning
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with company priorities

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years’ experience in designing, developing, and user testing learning products
  • 1-2 years’ visual design experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud
  • A portfolio showing original learning products built with HTML5 or similar tools
  • Practical knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Slides, Docs, Sheets)
  • Hands-on experience building advanced eLearning with Evolve or Articulate 360
  • Familiarity with instructional frameworks (ADDIE, Rapid Release, storyboarding)
  • Experience meeting company standards for presentation design, copywriting, and editing
  • Comfortable using project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Google Sheets)
  • Track record of leading large-scale projects, maintaining consistent messaging, and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for grammar
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Strong independent focus and willingness to collaborate across departments
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Legally authorized to work in the country where the role is located
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or similar field, or equivalent work experience (bonus point, not required)
  • Experience with Evolve and Intellum LMS (bonus point)
  • Skill with video editing tools such as Camtasia or Adobe Premiere (bonus point)
  • Experience developing interactive instructor-led training (ILT) (bonus point)
