Job Description
Insurance Product Leader responsible for delivering personal lines insurance products for a AAA insurer. Leading digital experience innovation and strategy across multiple channels and partners.
Responsibilities:
- This role will operate as a business product leader in a business‑led, technology‑enabled delivery model.
- This leader will own the successful delivery of personal lines insurance and AAA products to market, with accountability for business outcomes delivered through digital sales and service experiences across multiple distribution channels, including AAA club agency, independent agency, direct, and alternative platforms.
- This leader plays an active role in executing go‑to‑market strategies and tactics, driving digital experience innovation through emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, and owning the key performance indicators tied to their initiatives.
- Identify and execute opportunities to streamline processes, implement advanced technologies, and enhance risk assessment methodologies.
- Develops design for insurance products’ flawless delivery through multiple distribution channels (e.g., branch agents, call center agents, and independent agents).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related area (marketing, business, or a related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of increasingly responsible product management experience.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines product and project management, customer experience, financial drivers of product profitability/pricing, distribution, rating/underwriting, forms, rules, coverages, the P&C industry, competitors, legislative and DOI regulations, and strategic planning.
- Exhibit strong understanding of core insurance business processes and the purpose of digital product delivery.
- Understanding of business & technology systems and processes and how they link together.
