Job Description

E-commerce Coordinator managing daily store operations and optimizing performance for Telos Media's e-commerce channels. Ensuring high-quality customer experience and collaborating with Marketing and Creative teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day operations of the e-commerce store, ensuring accuracy, performance, and operational stability.
  • Obsess over excellent customer experience.
  • Thinking ahead to ensure production and shipping timelines are met, and that our customers get the best experience possible with our brand. Including ensuring that their questions are answered in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and optimize product pages, including descriptions, imagery, pricing, SEO, and layout within Shopify.
  • Support and execute merchandise and product launches in collaboration with Marketing, owning launch checklists, QA, and on-time go-live execution.
  • Coordinate fulfillment and logistics partners across regions (China, US, Europe), ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.
  • Be persistent in advocating for our customers by being on calls with our suppliers and closely monitoring production timelines and them meeting deliverables.
  • Manage inventory tracking and stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
  • Monitor store performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, AOV, shipping costs, refunds, customer satisfaction), delivering monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify optimization opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Support promotional planning and execution, including quarterly promotions and high-volume sales periods (e.g. holidays).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure e-commerce initiatives align with brand and business priorities.
  • Maintain documentation and SOPs for e-commerce processes, continuously improving workflows as the store scales.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, store management, or a related role.
  • Obsessed with excellent customer experience, without compromise.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (or similar platforms like Amazon).
  • Solid understanding of fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
