Job Description

Project Manager for a U.S. fintech company developing a blockchain-based infrastructure. Managing Scrum teams to deliver Web3 tool for real-time transaction insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the work of two Scrum teams, promoting clear communication and collaboration
  • Be the primary point of contact for stakeholders from other teams; gather and share information on tickets/tasks from other teams to keep everyone informed and aligned
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks between the teams to achieve project goals
  • Implement established processes to synchronize your teams’ work with other teams and enhance project execution
  • Facilitate team ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to encourage collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain clear documentation of project progress, decisions, and processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on IT project management experience
  • Strong grasp of project management theory
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
  • Solid understanding of Scrum (principles, roles, ceremonies, etc.)
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Bitbucket/Git, and Jenkins
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Good prioritization and time-management skills
  • Keen attention to detail, concentration, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain project schedules and keep team focus
  • Flexibility, persistence, and strong negotiation skills
  • Technical background or eagerness to learn the project’s technical aspects (Desirable)
  • Experience coordinating multiple Scrum teams simultaneously (Desirable)
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and with English-speaking teams (Desirable)
