Job Description
Project Manager for a U.S. fintech company developing a blockchain-based infrastructure. Managing Scrum teams to deliver Web3 tool for real-time transaction insights.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the work of two Scrum teams, promoting clear communication and collaboration
- Be the primary point of contact for stakeholders from other teams; gather and share information on tickets/tasks from other teams to keep everyone informed and aligned
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks between the teams to achieve project goals
- Implement established processes to synchronize your teams’ work with other teams and enhance project execution
- Facilitate team ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to encourage collaboration and continuous improvement
- Monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain clear documentation of project progress, decisions, and processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on IT project management experience
- Strong grasp of project management theory
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
- Solid understanding of Scrum (principles, roles, ceremonies, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Bitbucket/Git, and Jenkins
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Good prioritization and time-management skills
- Keen attention to detail, concentration, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain project schedules and keep team focus
- Flexibility, persistence, and strong negotiation skills
- Technical background or eagerness to learn the project’s technical aspects (Desirable)
- Experience coordinating multiple Scrum teams simultaneously (Desirable)
- Experience working in multicultural environments and with English-speaking teams (Desirable)
