Job Description
Intern in Customer Success Management supporting innovative startups in Germany's grant application process. Engage with clients and manage customer data effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordinating customer meetings.
- Collecting and structuring relevant customer data.
- Handling customer inquiries (by phone and in writing).
- Basic understanding of accounting and numerical/financial relationships.
- Preparing data and calculations for audit/verification bodies.
- Implementing documentation obligations digitally and in an auditable manner.
- Phone calls with authorities (e.g., tax office, social security agencies, etc.).
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner when interacting with customers.
- Initial experience in customer success or data entry is an advantage.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- High self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Careful, thorough, and structured working style.
- Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
