Job Description
Assistente providing project support in a cybersecurity firm. Monitoring tasks and coordinating project deadlines with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Jira daily, tracking due dates for all tasks;
- Identify overdue tasks and contact responsible parties to understand the reasons for the delay and agree on revised deadlines;
- Prepare concise, objective reports on the status of delayed activities, revised deadlines, and justifications;
- Send these reports to leadership periodically;
- Maintain organized records of contacts made and updates received.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized and attentive to tasks and deadlines;
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira and ClickUp);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
