Job Description
Backend engineer developing and maintaining systems and APIs at Dane Street; collaborating on business needs and technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own projects end-to-end: design, development, deployment, and ongoing support
- Build and maintain backend systems and APIs
- Integrate with third-party platforms and external services
- Develop automation workflows to streamline internal processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
Requirements:
- Strong backend engineering experience (preferably in Python)
- Experience working with AWS (S3, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
- Experience with automation, scripting, and process optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
