Job Description
Account Executive for corporate and government IT infrastructure solutions, driving high-value sales and fostering long-term client relationships in a tech startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act strategically in prospecting, developing, and managing corporate and government accounts
- Offer high value-added IT infrastructure solutions
- Lead consultative sales and identify business opportunities
- Build long-term client relationships and support the company's sustainable growth
- Conduct on-site client visits to strengthen relationships and develop new opportunities
- Develop strategies to expand the customer base and grow strategic accounts
- Monitor all stages of the sales funnel, ensuring predictability (Forecast) and constant CRM updates
- Work closely with technical teams, engineering, pre-sales, and operations to ensure proper delivery of sold solutions
- Monitor commercial indicators, sales targets, pipeline, forecasts, and portfolio profitability
- Identify opportunities in public tenders, price registration agreements, and government contracts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in: Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Systems, IT Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- Knowledge of: Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches, enterprise routers, Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), SD-WAN, enterprise wireless networks (Wi‑Fi 6 and Wi‑Fi 6E), enterprise access points, rack and blade servers, SAN and NAS storage, hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), Nutanix, VMware vSAN, Dell VxRail, Cisco HyperFlex
- Commercial experience with solutions from leading vendors such as Dell Technologies, HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, Fortinet, Huawei, and Ruckus
- Conceptual mastery of the technologies and understanding of their applications, benefits, and competitive differentiators
- The role does not require performing technical equipment configurations (CLI), but the candidate must have a conceptual understanding
