Job Description
Sr. Manager, IT Infrastructure Technical Lead at Envista overseeing enterprise infrastructure modernization initiatives. Leading technical governance across Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware, and Citrix platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise infrastructure platforms across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Provide technical leadership for Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Azure AD, MECM/SCCM, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Oversee Windows and Linux server environments including patching, performance tuning, automation, fault resolution, and lifecycle management.
- Manage Citrix ADC/NetScaler environments for load balancing, secure remote access, and authentication integrations.
- Lead 24x7 NOC operations including monitoring, escalation management, SLA adherence, incident response, and operational reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10–15+ years of hands-on enterprise infrastructure experience across cloud, virtualization, Microsoft platforms, Citrix, and SRE operations.
- 5+ years of experience leading infrastructure engineering teams and/or MSP-managed environments.
- Proven experience leading enterprise infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience managing enterprise operations, vendor governance, and MSP relationships.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
